Employability Training

MCEnhancement provides services as an experienced Employability Trainer delivering a range of classroom based employability workshop courses to groups of adult learners. These follow  schemes of work, session and assessment plans in a welfare work setting. MCEnhancement programmes are part of the learner journey to secure sustained employment and

  • Ensure learners meet all assessment criteria needed to achieve the qualification.
  • Devise and deliver schemes of work, session and assessment plans.
  • Manage awarding body documentation thoroughly and accurately, within set deadlines.
  • Ensure learner portfolios are kept organised and that all parts of a portfolio are completed for internal assessment.

Vulnerable Persons

MCEnhancement has specialized experience in providing training and mentoring support services to the most vulnerable young people. Some of whom have had to leave home whatever reason.

These persons are often not in sustained employment, education or training and face multiple disadvantages.

Many have been homeless, are ex-offenders or have had chaotic lifestyles because of family breakdown or substance misuse They need extra support in work and training to sustain and make progress in employment.

Often young people exhibited emotional and behavioural disorders, including

  • Hyperactivity
  • Short term attention span
  • Impulsiveness
  • Aggression
  • Failure to initiate interaction with others
  • Retreating from social interaction
  • Immaturity and poor coping skills
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Outdoor Activities

MCEnhancement provides programmes for organisations to inspire, train and support people. This is achieved through a variety of indoor and outdoor activities delivered in safe working environments.

We aim to progress people to enhance their motivation, self-esteem, self-confidence, physical fitness and stamina to acquire a positive emotional and mental well-being. Enabling people to obtain positive communication and listening skills, decision making and problem solving skills, team building skills and leadership skills.
